Healing attachment wounds takes time, safety, and the right support. I offer a relational, trauma-informed approach to help you understand and gently shift the patterns that no longer serve you.

EMDR for Attachment Trauma: We’ll use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help you process and release the emotional residue from past relationships or experiences that shaped how you view yourself and others.
