This Thoughts Workbook is a step-by-step, SIMPLE, but effective guide to help you start rewiring your thinking patterns.
The Thoughts Workbook will be helpful for you IF:

you struggle with overthinking

you want to work on changing thoughts to be more HELPFUL for you and your overall mental health

The Thoughts Workbook is broken down into simple parts. But don’t discredit the simplicity. The reason I have made it to be simple is so that it can be flexible to various situations. AND this is information that I teach in the counseling room as a “base foundation” to work on additional challenges!
